Initial consultation

(30-40mins) required before commencing SFH sessions includes information gathering, brain explanation & MP3 hypnotherapy recording.

- £40 one off session.

Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

(45mins-1hr session)

(Anxiety, Depression, and all Other related conditions.)

(8 -12 sessions recommended sometimes more dependent on individual)

- £60 per session

Simple Phobia Treatment

total of 4 session of 45mins (Includes initial consultation).

- £220 one-time payment Complex Phobia (more than one phobia treatment requires solution focused hypnotherapy sessions)

Smoking and or Vaping Cessation

(1 hour session x 2 Includes initial consultation)

- £120 one-time payment.

Chronic / Persistent Pain Treatment

(45mins-1hr session)

(8 -12 sessions recommended sometimes more dependent on individual)

- £60 per session
